@Kcubed If you're referring to the actual Live Chat to work with a rep to do some business, I've had recent problems with it too. In fact about 2 weeks ago I started a post about this too, not that it did any good because it didn't.
It seems to be hit and miss anymore which is a problem for me because it IS how I get my business done without making a phone call instead.
I was bashed here in fact by one poster who told me to stop complaining and call a CS instead.
Live Chat is just another service provided here that used to work seamlessly but now it doesn't. I prefer to use LC instead of needing to hang on their phone line, with all of their promtps for this and that, takes forever to get to the right CS person to actually help me with my business.
