What has happened to the new design of the website?  I am finding it very difficult to navigate.  I am unable to find such catagories as "Previously Viewed on Air".  Has anyone elses found the new design frustrating?

I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to, but for me the Items I've Viewed are at the bottom of the main page.  Of course, I have to be logged in for that to work.

Items Recently On Air show up immediately underneath the live video in the middle of the main page.

I am having the same problem. Watch & Shop has disappeared from its usual location

I was having the same problem accessing Items recently on air when using the Firefox browser.  The Edge browser was fine.  I found on Firefox you can see the Items Recently On Air when you hover over WATCH in the upper left corner of the home page, just to the right of the Q logo and SHOP.  I hope that helps.

"Items Recently on Air" is my go-to and it used to be featured right on top of my screen.  Awhile back it disappeared and now I find it, after scrolling half-way down the page, under the "on air" item featured.

It does seem to vary based on browsers and device used.  Frustrating for me.   Way too many options on the front page, but they probably want us to scroll through and be attracted to something else.

Yes
