I know this discussion will probably not see the light of day since it's a complaint. I have an auto delivery with QVC that is supposed to send me a coin for a collection every 30 days. It has been late many times and now under "order status" it is showing the next shipment is not scheduled until 1/2/2012!! I have called and spoken to a customer rep who promised someone higher up would get back with me. Never happened. Then I tried to send an email thru QVC channels. No response. Does anybody have any suggestion for me about what to try next to try to get someone's attention? Do I have to do something drastic?
I have been a loyal QVC shopper for years but I'm done now unless someone will bother to take the time to look into this.

You did the right thing and the only thing and that is to STOP shopping with QVC. That's the only thing that any of us can do to affect how they conduct business. Loss of revenue is the only thing these big corporations pay attention to.
