What happened to the video presentations?

I like to see what I missed during the day and if something interests me or something is new, I will watch the video presentation. Some of the formats have changed and the videos are not there. I hope QVC isn't going to quit posting the video presentations. Just having pictures and descriptions of an item is not enough for me personally. I hope this is just a glitch and will be fixed soon.
