What hapened to the ipad app?

It used to be that when I opened the app, I would see the tsv and big deal on the home page.  Now, I see nothing.   I get boxes with the tsv text, but no image of what it is.  This is the same for everything else on the page.  No images of anything. 

 

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but nothing changed.  What's happened?  It was never like this before.

I've never seen that when I first open the iPad app.  But if you are referring to the page you get when you hit "Shop" on the home page, yes, it is only text now, no photos.  If you tap each photo, you will get that product, i.e. TSV text box will show a synopsis of the Today's Special Value.

 

Also, the QVC app just had an update available the other day.
