I think some of the warehouses are more efficient than others.

Alice:  Thanks for responding to my post.  I sent you an e-mail today, but I rec'd a notice from UPS that my order will be delivered today so there's no need to e-mail me with the tracking #.  Thanks again.

Same problem here,waiting and waiting for orders from Feb 13th.

 

They seem stuck in lala land..sigh
