Been a Q customer for many years...

Years ago every order had a program guide. Dupes were shared with friends, family & neighbors who wanted one...

It's been years since I have received a guide and I've called customer service a number of times.

Last time a very nice C/S rep grabbed one and sent it to me on her own!

C'mon Q~ I'd like the monthly program guide.

What does it take to get one?
