What about your "long-time" customers?

I get a little tired of seeing all the promotions for new customers.....Money credits, free shipping, etc.  What about your customers who have been with you since the company first started.....we get nothing.....no rewards.....no discount.....no special buys, etc.

I was thinking the same thing.  I remember when I use to get the (2) 5 easy pay card to use during the holidays.

Well I guess that's why I shop less at QVC.

I agree with everyone above.  The least QVC could do is offer free shipping on the TSV's every day.  JMO   Will post this in the suggestions box forum as well.

My advice:  Expect different treatment from QVC than received from other retailers, then you won't be angry and disappointed.

The blame falls on customers if they continue to put up with it.

Blame is of the old consciousness -there isn't any victims -only volunteers. The little self complaining  why me? Come from a place of presence power and recognize like a gps the universe will correct all -yet watch all avenues and let go of focusing on  one as the only Source of good. In this case, QVC. The universe delights in making souls happy- shift it internally and it will shift externally

People need to move on. QVC is a business and will use any and all marketing

tools available. They don't care about your complaints. If your so annoyed, there are a ton of other places to shop.

While you're at it, maybe you can also suggest that QVC give you the TSV for free.
