Can you imagine paying $2,399.00 + tax then Q charges $5.50 for shipping....
C'mon what could it weigh and probably comes in a "padded" envelope using
mail innovations processing which means "cross your fingers" it arrives!
Just find this crazy ... guess I really do have to much time on my hands🙄😉

LOL!!! That would be the day I purchased expensive jewelry on tv!!!

I would think one would have to sign for something worth that much. And yes I would expect at least free S&H. But if you can afford to spend that much, you probably would not care about $5.50. And the tax must be outrageous.

What would the cost of postal insurance be on that...I wonder. 🤔

If a brand is sold elsewhere.....QVC shipping usually makes more expensive to buy from here or same as elsewhere so they sometimes forgot the v is supposedly for value .....some great deals but the S&H per item drives me crazy and is antiquated.

I agree with @rms1954
If I am paying $3000 for an item, what does $5.50 matter in the scheme of things? Much ado about so little.

@bargainsgirl I so agree! I watch JTV every so often, and those prices are several thousand dollars. Some close to $20,000, and I wonder - who is buying jewelry like this without having seeing it up close and personal? I would love to know who buys that jewelry they sell.

WOW!!! It seems that QVC could have "eaten" $5.50 for a customer making thart kind of purchase....And I thought it was bad of QVC to charge $12 to ship a $300 Dooney handbag in the same ole QVC cardboard box....

@suziebee1 - There are many people out there where 20,000 is nothing. They are in a much higher income bracket.

@World Traveler - I certainly agree. I also think $5.50 is not a bad price for shipping.
