Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

@Hilery  I shop a lot at Juno Active.  If you return a final sale item, they refuse to credit you, wash the item and donate it to charity.

All craziness! I won't order any item that says no returns, no way, no how!

@Estellee - I've ordered a lot from their "Final Sale" section (sometimes they change the name; used to be "Blowout Clearance").  But I only order items from a brand that I'm very familiar with, so that I know the sizing and quality.

The prices are usually very low; a fraction of the full price and I often wait for free shipping, too.

I've never had a problem; always gotten brand new items.  I wouldn't, however, order anything I'm not familiar with.

This is the policy for "Final Sale" items, so you're not stuck with something, if it's defective or the wrong item:

Final Sale Price Return Policy: QVC’s Return Policy does not apply to Final Sale Price items. QVC® will only accept returns or exchanges for product defects or QVC errors. Call Customer Service at 888-345-5788 for such returns.

That is not the case when it states no returns or exchanges eligibility. You are stuck with the product.

Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

@elated - Reread the policy, as stated under the "Final Sale" category:

Final Sale Price Return PolicyQVC’s Return Policy does not apply to Final Sale Price items. QVC® will only accept returns or exchanges for product defects or QVC errors. Call Customer Service at 888-345-5788 for such returns.

Even if it's a "Final Sale" item, you are not "stuck with it", if it's defective or they sent you the wrong item.  However, you have to contact CS for those returns.

Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

@Susan Louise - I think I know which thread you're talking about ("Pricing Issues").

I knew the point you were trying to make - QVC can't put things back to the full price and still say "Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges".

And, quite frankly, I know Melvin said this was not a glitch but come on.  Do they really want me to believe that the Double Plush Velour Cuddl Duds that I ordered are being restocked for spring?

Because they haven't been restocked; in fact, there's next to nothing left, but they've been jacked up to full price again.  And when I looked at my items the "No returns" tag hadn't been removed.  I also don't trust anyone in the warehouse to be aware of that either.  I remember someone a while back returning a regular item and being told it was "No returns or exchanges".  (It seems it had gone to Final Sale after she bought it and they just didn't "get it".)

QVC is just in a mess and I sympathize with your frustration.  It seems there's just no way to get the point across to anyone who could resolve the issue.

@Venezia  Bless your heart for posting...greatly appreciated. Smiley Happy

At the time, it felt quite bizzare/frustrating that most folks weren't either 'getting' my point or totally ignoring it.

Something is definitely going on with QVC/pricing.

Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

BTW, I notice that "Final Sale" has disappeared as a sub-category under Clearance.

I wonder what it will pop up as next?  Woman Very Happy

Good luck in that arena. If you haven't noticed, policies are quickly changing with no notice.  So buyer beware.
