@elated - Reread the policy, as stated under the "Final Sale" category:

Final Sale Price Return PolicyQVC’s Return Policy does not apply to Final Sale Price items. QVC® will only accept returns or exchanges for product defects or QVC errors. Call Customer Service at 888-345-5788 for such returns.

Even if it's a "Final Sale" item, you are not "stuck with it", if it's defective or they sent you the wrong item.  However, you have to contact CS for those returns.

Good luck in that arena. If you haven't noticed, policies are quickly changing with no notice.  So buyer beware.

@elated - I can't imagine legally that any retailer could refuse a return or exchange for an item that was defective or the wrong item.

If QVC were to go that far, it would be a letter to my State Attorney General.

And it would also be my last purchase.  I'm aware things seem to be changing rapidly (not for the better), but until I run into that problem, I will continue to take the wording at face value.

IMHO, you need to do what is right for you. My experiences in the last month have been very negative. They are moving in the wrong direction. I wouldn't want to make a bet.
