I don't think I would enter that contest.

@slmsia  I think that your post is fun! Here are my choices:

1) Spa day with Alberti- manicures and pedicures while laughing and talking.

2) Cooking dinner with David.

3) Chippendales in Vegas with all of the lady hosts 😁🙌

@slmsia @I'm sorry posters felt the need to be mean about ur post. I would pick Jayne Brown or Mary D ( hopefully with Kim G) and go to lunch and I'm sure laugh a lot.

@Rose429  Great choices! That would be such a fun lunch 😁.  QVC should consider this type of sweepstakes, because I think that it would be a lot of fun to hang out with the hosts 😊.

No one is being mean about a post.

No one knows what the thread is about until you open it.

It's always, to me, more productive if one follows message board etiquette and identifies the subject matter of the thread in its title. The subject line is there to provide a reader with an idea of what the discussion is about.

My mistake for clicking on a click-bait title.

I would like to "do lunch" with David Venable after I gifted him this specially selected blazer... and asked him to describe how many pretty colors are on it...

He would stand before his mirror , turning to and fro to see....and then start to recite....

"There's ruby red, teal blue, farmhouse green, sunshine yellow, butternut brown, dark black, soft black, iron gray, purple, blue, green, red, chartrueuse, and olive...

We also have polka dot, stripes in red, yellow, old world and floral lace....

.... on this sleeve there's pink, and some prints...wild scroll blue, yellow sunflower, misty orange, sunset, blue pearl and snowflake...artichout and marseille blue..so like the port waters in Marseille France!!!

I also see dusty rose, royal blue, gravity gray, and moonlight sonata...

But the red is my favorite cuz all us foodies love red!!!...

Of course ....this coat goes perfect with these  orthopedic gum soled men's shoes that come in over- baked brown and super black, in sizes 6 to 18X!!!"

It'd be a hoot!!! David in person, in his reverie...reciting colors!!!

After I woke up, we'd go to dinner.

Lunch hour would be a pleasant memory by then!!!!

That was awesome @Othereeeen, however I didn't see anything in your post about his happy dance!  Love that jacket btw.

@KKJ

Why....you're right!!! I have taken a hiatus from QVC and ALMOST totally forgot that Happy Dance!!!

After returning to the Q in these long dark evenings...I realiize I don't miss Q at all.

In my opinion....it has really declined even more than before I took the break... as if that's possible...

That "Age of Possibility" silliness is SO worn out...and the way they sneak it in to every presentation is really a stretch...

O well. Things change.

But on a dreary Sunday, I still like to hear the gentle benign droning in the background of color recitals and banal, inoffensive chatter about the same old  kitchen gadgets and marvels still being sold to viewers who, for the most part, have totally abandoned  preparing thier own food in the kitchen...instead preferring the manufactured goodies and factory produced glop presented ad nauseum on QVC!!!

I have no desire to spend time with any host. We aren't friends or acquantances. They are salespeople on tv, nothing more.

I'd prefer to spend time with people who have done good things to help everyday people...scientists, certain politicians, certain theologians, historical figures, and such.
