I returned two items using the Q return labels, after more than two weeks there is no tracking information on one of them, the other item was already processed and refund issued. I have called customer service twice, the first time they said it is not unusual for this to happen, I should wait two days and call back. Waited three days and was told to wait another week. When I questioned the CS rep. she got a little nasty. She said she would email another department to look into tracking the order, but it would take 7 - 10 days. I asked if they would get in touch with me - and of course they won't. Call back in a week.
I returned an item to HSN 4 days ago and already have a refund. NOW THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP - SHIPPING COSTS ARE FAR TOO EXPENSIVE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!
