I am really behind, who is HSN merging with? I sure hope the quality picks up. The last 4 item I ordered had to be returned for not working as the host said it would, not the quality the item used to be, among other reasons to return.

I am afraid to order anything else because of the bad experiences.

LOL~~~I know....Shannon Smith means well ( I guess) but her loud, gruff, over the top chortling gets on my last nerve. 

Now....just THINKING about throwing the others in the mix makes my head throb!  

Each one of those women conduct their own one woman show!

Colleen Lopez would probably be my all time favorite host on any shopping channel. She knows how to show enthusiasm for the product without going off the deep end.
