It has been so nice today to enjoy the calm, pleasant shows done by Mary Nelson and Katie McGee. Both are fun to watch, articulate, and informative. I had planned to complete some chores today but got sucked in and wasted the whole afternoon.
I certainly am going to miss Mary. She's a gem. We should get to choose who leaves.
Haven't turned the TV on all day! Will in a few minutes ro catch at least some of episode 5 of Country Music. Loved the first half of the series because of the history I learned. - leave it to Burns to sneak so much information into what could have been just old-fashioned entertainment.
This weeks' episodes will cover years I've lived through - could be interesting just to hear what I've forgotten!

@countrylady There are a couple threads here about Mary's departure. One turned into a discussion of whether she would return to Omaha, NE, or to Kentucky.
@Kachina624, I completely agree with you. I don’t know who or why that decision was made. But it is a mistake. A big one. When super hosts are on, the viewer tends to watch the whole presentation. When other hosts are on who may be overly loud, under-prepared, or constantly interrupting the vendor, I just turn off my TV. I am not a genius, but I think the longer one watches, the chances of QVC making a sale goes up. Just me.
