I always appreciate receiving an ugly pair of Ryka athletic shoes instead of the cute Clarks ankle boots I ordered. Now the boots won't arrive in time for me to wear them to the event I had in mind. Lovely.

And you know a lot of companies would be nice enough to rush out a replacement with the item actually ordered instead of making the customer wait until the return is received. That is, those companies that actually have a little class.

I must amend this post with an update. I received a phone call from a Q rep today who saw my post and was apologetic about my receipt of the wrong item. He has promised to ship out the original item via 2 day so I should have the boots by Friday! Kudos to them for being super nice about the situation. Class with a capital C.
