Website can't even handle processing an Easy Pay on Request offer

I received an Easy Pay on Request offer in the mail a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised because I hadn't gotten one in at least 2 years. I went online and tried to use it and it doesn't work! After several tries, I realize what is happening is that after I sign in and get the "promotion activated" page, then put the item in my cart and go to check out, it bumps me out and I have to sign in again, thereby nullifying any promotions. I even tried another computer, with the same results. i called Customer Service and after jumping through several hoops to identify myself, I was told the offer wasn't working online (gee thanks!) I asked why and the response was "It just isn't." {#emotions_dlg.confused1} This is an offer that can be used once a month for 6 months with the Q Card; I guess I got this (and a credit line increase) because I've been paying down my balance and haven't been buying much lately. So this is how they drum up business? Once again, nice job, Q.
