Every search, product selection, and board participation has worked perfectly for me today. The IT team had some issues to resolve, and it seems they did just that. Is everyone else seeing issues resolved?

Much better today. I couldn't sign in at all early yesterday so I called CS and they had to have the IT dept reset my login and pw.

No, I couldn't sign in again. So, got Social Team back on it they "reactivated" it and told me to clean my cache of cookies, history and such.

I do that daily. People can never accept it's on their end it's always the fault of the complainer.

Just a broken down website.

@On It @SharkE 9PM tuesday: me locked out. CS sent link and it reset without resetting PW. Last time it took several hours for the system to reset.

I wanted to write a review  today and I couldn't get in? It kept going back to a blank password.  I rarely write them unless the item was fantastic or terrible. The Forums and ordering are o.k. Sometimes on line ordering is so  very slow compared to other on line store sites?
