I have been using this since the day it started. I have a new Dell Laptop with Windows 7 and this feature has always worked perfectly. Now it still loads on my PC when I boot up but I get a message "Sorry an error has occurred and we can't process your request right now. We apologize for any inconvenience. Retry" Retrying doesn't help. I've even uninstalled this feature and re-installed and it still doesn't work.
Does anyone else use it and if so, is it working? What platform are you using, Windows 7, Windows 2000, Vista, what? Anyone know who should be notified?
