QVC is trying to get things out for delivery by Christmas, so I would cut them some slack right now. We can't have everything "both ways" and right now they seem to be busting butt to get things out asap.

After that, I looked to see online to see if I paid too much. Well, I found it for $60 less. I went back to QVC and cancelled the other order.
I had no difficulty cancelling either order. There must have been an hour that went by since the order was placed and I could still cancel it.

In the past when I've had buyer's remorse (not during the holidays) and I could not cancel my order after a few minutes of placing it, I used chat to explain I had changed my mind and they said to include that information when you ship the item back and to ask to not be docked for shipping charges back. That worked. I always keep the record of the chat too. That can also be included when returning.

@Caaareful Shopper If you call CS quickly they can sometimes make a change to the order before it ships. I have done it before - doesn't always work but it's worth a try

They are doing their best to get orders placed over the last few days out very quickly to arrive in time for Christmas. I ordered a few things on the 11th and 12th and they are out for delivery today. I'm in CA. Two are being delivered by UPS.

A few weeks ago I did an impulse buy of a pair of Vionic blowout clearance shoes. However, when I placed the order through the automated system I accidentally pressed the wrong size. I called customer service immediately after and they corrected it for me. I'm probably the only person in the world who still calls in using the automated system lol.

To all: I was not complaining that Icould not cancel. I did not want to cancel and I was just warning. I think it is great that they are trying hard to get orders out. Shippinghas been very good for me this year.
I am glad that they are trying and that is all we can ask for. Nothing I am ordering isn't for Christmas anyway.
