Well I hoped and hoped and looked for almost an entire month. Finally the mugs came today.

In the past I've had a few orders that seemed to languish unexpectedly.
Right now I have an order for a shampoo set {Olaplex!} that was supposed to be delivered on the 14th.
Track Your Package, however, shows it has been sitting in one city without moving since December 12.
Based on your information and the replies of others, I realize the hangup is probably that the order says it was sent UPS "delivery by US mail." Ugh. That Newgistics thing?
