Hi, I am not sure where to post my problem since I post so rarely but here goes. I ordered the Susan Graver tunic on I think July 11th and it is still on wait list. I ordered the Orthaheel TSV earlier this month and suddenly when I called to check on something else I was told that my shoes were on back order. As both items are to take on a vacation i am wondering what to do. The trip is currently scheduled for mid Sept or Oct but I am getting antsy because the Q won't commit to any kind of answer. Has anyone had any experience with this problem? I am not real happy with the Q right now. Thanks in advance for any advice .
