I also had the same problem with two items I returned in Oct. I always use the live chat and it works out the best for me. If at first you don't succeed, try and try again. I am persistant so I usually get what I need, that's the key.

They are the best avenue for resolving issues. Customer service response depends on who answers. Social Team always responds. Also, I only use qvceasyreturns.com for returns. Within a short period of time you get your refund; no waiting for your money back.

I always track my returns. As soon as there is confirmation that the item was accepted by UPS or by PO, that's all QVC needs as proof of return. I usually wait for my refund, but there have been times I called CS and told rep I would like refund processed. Rep can see that item was on the way or even received and will issue refund immediately. I suggest calling back. Tracking item on Q online or just letting rep find it is your option. Another thing I do when returning a product, esp during hoiidays, I got to PO or UPS and have receipt printed for proof. Sometimes I give return directly to my mail carrier and he immediatelyl scans return (no receipt provided) but it will appear in tracking
