First of all I was on waitlist to receive the D&B Croco TSV. When I FINALLY received it on 12/7, it had a big flaw on one side. For that price, it should be perfect. I called CS and was told that when they inspect products, they don't pull it off the line unless it has two or more things wrong with it. REALLY?? So now I had to exchange it for one that hopefully has no flaws. I mailed it out with Q's return label (USPS parcel select, whatever that is). It was mailed on thursday, December 9. It took the package EIGHT DAYS to go to another city 100 miles away. It finally arrived back at QVC nine days later. I am still waiting for the exchanged item. There has been no change on the website since it was received by the Q last saturday. At this rate, I will have waited over a month for an expensive product that should never have been sent out, only to make me have to return it. What is wrong with this picture? and why can we not use UPS for exchanges any more? I have already made one payment and still do not have the product in my possession. QVC has really dropped the ball on this one.
