WOW! Returns Can Be Done Quickly And Efficiently

I returned several items to HSN last Thursday. The money was credited back to my Pay Pal account yesterday and I just put it back in my bank account this morning. Items I returned to QVC the week before last have still not shown up for credit. Between the slow delivery service, the slow return, the shipping cost gouging charges, and all the annoying constant mantras like "when it's gone it's gone" QVC is becoming a much less desirable shopping choice. It certainly has changed over the last couple of years and not for the better.
