I have posted this before, but will again in hopes it will help someone. 

 

When I am going to return I email QVC easy returns, and give them the order number, description,  and how I want my refund applied. 

 

I always hear back within a week, with my refund processed,  and a note for me to send the package.

 

I take my package to either USPS, or UPS to send on its way. I already have my refund.

 

If there is no label I go to my order and follow the instructions on the particular item I am returning.  I can either print a label there or ask for a QR Code to be emailed to me. If I show the code to the shipper they print the label. 

 

I have done this several times with no issues.

Delays in shipping and returns handling/hassle is one of the reasons I always look for products elsewhere.

That is so easy if they send a return label with your order which they seldom do. My printer is broken and I didn't replace it so I have to call customer service and request a return label. That takes a week to receive. Why does H,S.N always send a packing slip which includes a return label and Q.V.C. doesn't bother. Time to switch.

Rescuelover Returning an item to QVC might be a breeze for you but that isn't the case for some of us. I mailed an item on July29th with QVC label and today August 19th they still haven't received my return, They are crediting my account . That is just a sampling of problems. Trackiing showed it was in transit since August 5th. I have had many problems.

@Tissyanne thank you for the hint!  Since last weekend I have sent back 3 orders and used your suggestion.  ALL 3 emails were returned to me this week and told me what my refund amount was and to please send back the items.  They were all sent back yesterday.  Thank you.  Done buying for a while.  Still have one pair of shoes that was still being prepared from a week or more ago.

@Seminole2 , I am so glad this procedure worked for you. I have been using it for quite a long time.
