I sent back a return which was received August 2.  I had to call CS today to find out why I was not refunded yet.  This is not the first time I've had to wait weeks for a return.  This is making me very hesitant to make purchases.  Luckily I tend to buy things that I am pretty certain I will keep but this pair of shoes was defective,  QVC needs to fix this problem.  HSN has MUCH better CS !!

Is it the waiting or wanting the refund on your CC? Generally these returns do show up,but take a while.

Because there are many posts about these return problems, it is why I am reluctant to purchase.

I haven't had much bad luck with returns. I usually wait a good 2 weeks from when I get the notifications that it is on its way after I mailed it back. Then I contact them, via Live chat ,with my order # and everytime CS has looked into it and I get my refund right then and there--then I get an email about it. This process has really convinced me not to do much shopping here. I agree about HSN--returns are much easier and faster too.

my tried and true return process. I bring my return to mailbox express right near my home. I allow 2 days for package to be scanned. Once the return is scanned your refund can be processed. I call CS and give them the item number and ask if it's been scanned. 

Refund issued on the spot. I forgot for 2 weeks once  and called CS. Indeed it had been scanned but who knows where it was. Refund issued immediately. Q is such a mess!

@Group 5 minus 1 Agree.  I only purchase when I'm 99% sure of keeping the item.  And it seems an added hassle to have to call CS to remind them of a refund???

I am also having the same problem.  I give them enough time to process my return than I have to call  and they say yes they have it and then they say I can refund that now.  Not the QVC it was over 30 years ago.  Quality-Value - Convenience.  It has turned into a Talent Show and also, each host is trying to out do each other.

You should use the Easyreturns email. Email them your return info, and you get your refund immediately.  No waiting on them to receive it.  It's super easy and fast.

Amazon refunded $98.00 for defective clarisonic piece of junk my mistake ordering the company no longer in business my point sharing the story love Amazon this isn't my first experience with cs telling me they are giving me full refund without having the hassle of returning the item. Nice treatment coming from worldwide company. Like always expressed appreciation for cs rep who was very thoughtful.

  You might get an email   from CS and you think all is good , but your account with your  credit card does not show up right away .  Also watch out for being charged return shipping on defective items  and exchanges that are not in stock . I see that QVC has added a statement on the  web return/exchange page abt their policy on not charging return fees on defective items . Maybe they need to  retrain their staff that handle the returns/exchanges .
