I placed a rather large order on ez pay day and EVERY single thing has been boxed and shipped seperately. I can understand that perhaps a shirt and jewelry cleaner and make-up may all not be in the same warehouse but I ordered four (4) bobbi brown cream shadows and each of the 4 tiny little boxes were packaged and shipped individually!! just last month I ordered 3 Tig items and each was shipped in its own enormous box (same return address, so I presume same warehouse). All 3 could have fit in one of the boxes, easily.

HOW is this cost effective QVC, for either you or your customers? You must realize that your s/h fees are higher than every other online store. An easy way to become more competitive? combine shipping of items in the same warehouse to save postage and materials. pass the savings on to your customers. now, I don't have a degree in economics or business but this seems like a no brainer to me. obviously I am missing something...
