......directions for notifying them and resolving problems for our not receiving items ordered and marked as delivered, but weren't?
On Friday, I actually got thru to C/S and an item never received will be re-sent. Today, I checked another item and was supposed to be received by 4/24 - it wasn't. I checked tracking and it said delivered 4/21 (which happened to be the same date the other item never received was delivered).
Today C/S is closed so I emailed the Mods. Hopefully they'll take care of this. But, I'm sure they have enough to do and it would be much easier for us to just open up a block on the main page to notify them of the problem.
I assume I am not the only one having this problem. Just yesterday afternoon UPS dropped off a Lug package (water bottles) and also a package from the Loft which I did not order and will now have to track down whom it's addressed to and deliver that
package - and from the messages I've read on the town site this is quite common!
Guess this "lockdown" is getting to me: I'm getting easily frustrated.![]()

@eddyandme It's called "customer service" and covers the myriad of problems that can occur when placing an order online or by phone.
Yes, I think isolation is wearing on everyone.

@eddyandme - I would definitely recommend contacting UPS to redeliver the packages instead of handling that yourself. Although it's kind of you to try to help people get what they ordered more quickly, referring the matter back to UPS accomplishes two things: 1) it will make it easier for them to rectify the situation if the intended recipient has filed a request for locating the packages since they weren't delivered to him/her, and 2) it will help UPS to examine its routing if, as you say, there are consistent delivery problems in your area.
Hope things work out well for your delivery dilemma... ![]()

@eddyandme I agree. The chat option isn't working, or it least it hasn't worked for me for a few months, and I tried calling customer service about a return that was received back to QVC a week ago, and nothing has been updated or credited.
After going through a myriad of options, press, 1, press 2, press 1, press 2, etc... it finally told me that they were closed.
If they chose to close customer service on a weekend, they should at least have some sort of process for customers to get information, other then sending a generic email. I wouldn't mind having an email option with SPECIFIC ISSUES, such as click for mis-delivery, click for return not processes, click for billing issues, click for bill to/ship to issues, etc. This would help them to direct the issues to the correct people who could be more efficient if they only did billing or returns, or a specific problem.
I'm not frustrated with them due to the current health crisis, I'm frustrated that they continue to have issues with on-time delivery, processing returns, trying to edit a color choice on a "waitlist" order and then being charged the newer higher price, and having options on their website that don't work. If chat isn't going to work, then remove it from the site.

Yes, you're right. By the time she messages me, the mailman can deliver it (it was a UPS transfer to USPS, I just noticed).

@CAcableGirl2, You're so right. It should be an automated process.
By the way, I saw the Amazon van backing down the driveway and it's raining here, so immediately went out as the autoship consisted of packages of doggie kibble and cookies. Alongside of the packages was a UPS bag with my items marked as delivered but not! It had to be delivered this morning 'cause it was beautiful yesterday and pouring today!
OT: I was saddened when I went out there. A beautiful bird lay dead in my driveway. Don't know what happened, no injuries showing, guess it just chose to die there. So I asked St. Francis to help that precious soul. I'll get a shovel out tomorrow when it stops raining and bury it.

According to tracking how was it supposed to be delivered? I was told by our Condo Mail Center that sometimes UPS will hand it off to USPS Mail Innovations to make the actual delivery and it takes a couple of days after the estimated delivery date before USPS delivers it....and with whats going on....who knows how many employees they have working which could cause delays....

@Spurt, I think one (the beach pants) was UPS to USPS; the other (the bagels) UPS. I did wait 'til last Friday for the pants and today for the bagels. Both showed as delivered last Tuesday.
Anyways. both got delivered today by UPS, I assume, 'cause the items were in a plastic bag. I'm just not gonna pay any attention to the delivery dates since they're not accurate.
I get my Eddy's cookies and kibble from Amazonsmile. I've quit Prime over a year ago. Now, I receive my deliveries much sooner than scheduled or than when I was on Prime!
P.S. just had a half a bagel - they're good! And, Eddy had a couple cookies!!!![]()

Just want to thank you for updating about the delivery. My mother has two orders marked as "delivered," but she is worried, as they have not yet arrived.
I have told her to ignore the delivered dates for a few more days to see if they turn up.
