Was just watching the video of today's TSV. WOW, what a fantastic host - so professional with a pleasing voice and demeanor. She thoroughly described the item. Plus, she was selling the item, not herself!

Anyways, was a great presentation and would like to see her on during the "normal" hours.

It's Katie McGee. I'm looking forward to seeing her more in "normal" hours, as well.

That was Katie Mcgee. I really like her too! Maybe we'll see her more in prime time since they've hired new hosts.

Yes, I agree.  I really enjoyed her and hope to see more of her.  Great job.

Professional host...times watched never felt her presentation to be phony or high pressured. Excellent example for others to learn from.

@Sweet_Serenity

You're right, others should learn from her.  After watching her video, I purchased a pair of the sketchers! I no longer watch Monday nites - used to be an old standby. Might start watching again with more hosts like Katie!

I really like Katie and I think that she explains things well and her voice is calm and easy to listen to.

I think Katie is the best host on QVC. Easy to listen to, no annoying habits and presents herself and the products in a professional manner.

Katie is she professional in demeanor, but she dresses the part! Gabrielle Kerr, Jane Brown, Pat Dimentri and Rachel Boesing are other hosts with professional qualities.

From a top-management point-of-view, it seems counter-productive for QVC to have hosts with so many complaints continue to sell without going through the training program again and again. Salespeople are a dime a dozen . . . and they are willing to work hard. Don't understand QVC's lack of professionalism and dress codes.

Katie is a welcome change from the denim jackets and sloppy jeans so many hosts are wearing on-air. So sick of that nonsense!  Caught a glimpse of Jill Bauer selling Dooney handbags yesterday . . . shocked at her appearance. Permed hair was not styled, glasses didn't have the coating & glared from the studio lights and she was dressed as if going to garage sales. SMH  No attempt to dress for work of any kind . . . especially sales or on-air presentations.  Felt the same way when Leah was on-air in her way too-tight jeans.

As a customer, I'm offended at the casual attitude too many hosts take when it comes to their appearance. Apparently they have no respect for themselves or those of us who are watching. Fortunately, we are able to change channels; I did with both Jill & Leah.

Do they really feel as long as we'll buy they can do or behave in any unprofessional manner they please? In recent years, I've purchased less and less . . . and returned more items due to poor quality. Have learned to read Reviews rather than bother with the sales pitches, except for the Linea line!

KUDOS to Katie for maintaining a high degree of professionalism in both appearance and sales pitches. So nice NOT to listen to her talk about herself and how many of each product she owns! Hope Katie continues to keep selling the product, which is why she's there.

Most of us don't care about what a host owns or his/her personal life. They are simply a show host; not a friend! Pretty sure their lives center on a circle of friendships, as do our own lives. Seems crazy to mix the two.

I fall asleep every night with the TV on very low.  I wake up several times during the night (back issues).  Sooooo I often see Katie because she usually works the night/early morning shift.

I've always found her to be professional and informative.  She isn't boring but doesn't act silly either.

I gree with all of you who liked her, as I do also.
