I look for free shipping and often no tax... that is what brings me to the Internet.  Fast shipping I always seem to get no matter who I buy from.  

 

There are some online companies that give discounts... ebates and mrrebates.  And there are lists of coupons online ... example retailmenot.   Hope this doesn't get dinged.  QVC does participate.

I once ordered something online from Walmart - only because it was a discontinued item (old stock) that I couldn't find elsewhere. (I don't think I've ever been inside a Walmart store.  They don't have them around here.)

 

I've been with Amazon since 1996.  I have no plans to look elsewhere unless Amazon doesn't carry it.

Amazon simply carries a MUCH larger variety of goods than Walmart ever will in their wildest dreams. This new service/feature will be good for those who already shop frequently at Walmart in person and buy groceries and household items from them routinely. But a true competition overall with Amazon? Noooooooo....
