WARRANTIES OFFERED WITH SOME PRODUCTS - 2nd post.

I've purchased warranties on some more expensive products, mainly an Apple iPad.  This is the one I'm trying to use, because my tablet is breaking down.  Its less than 3 years old.  I contacted Allstate, the warranty company, but they use every trick in the book to stall my attempts to make use of it.  After taking the preliminary steps, submitting everything they ask, they aren't responding.  I posted this once before and now want to take it further with QVC.  What is the procedure to do this?

I doubt if QVC can help you. Sounds like you bought a worthless warranty.
Take it to an Apple Store and never buy an Allstate warranty again.
That's why I never buy extended warranties.

@CABRIT    You could contact QVC corporate headquarters but in the end, they'd probably tell you it's between you and Allstate.  What I'd do is contact the consumer fraud division of my state's attorney general's office.

I agree, if the warranty is still in effect, I'd be upset to be ignored and would also pursue it further.

Warranties and Insurances are fine and dandy until you have to collect on them . It can indeed be a hassle!

@CABRIT  QVC can't help you. As others said it's between you and the warranty company. Q didn't issue the warranty.

I bought coverage for a large smart tv and the tv died less than a year later. Allstate sent me a check for the original cost within 2 weeks. BUT! I had to follow up and follow up. I kept calling the phone number they gave me.
