Just wanted to warn other people to closely watch your return credit amts. This is happening to me more and more often, actually every month once or twice.

I NEVER use the QVC return label...in fact, about 2 yrs. ago I stopped using the 'pay yourself' pre-printed label as well because I find EVERY month my return credit is shorted $6.95 as if I used their label. I PAY for my own returns. Always. I HAND write the Q address on every return so there is no mistaking NO label was used. Yet every month when I check my charge statement, I find I was not credited the full amount. $6.95 short. CS states in their system it shows I used the return label which I am still holding in my hand as I speak to them!

CS always credits me w/o question, never lets me fax or mail them my postal receipt as proof either, which I would gladly do. While that is greatly appreciated, I should not have to scour my bill matching every return credit!

Just wanted to make others aware to watch for Q return department errors in your credits!
