Videos still not working.  I do not buy if I can not review first, thid is saving me money

Ive placed numerous calls to Customer Service.  This is absurd.  Apparently they only work on Ipads...  which many seniors do not own !!!!

I haven't even bothered to try them again today. There are now two threads about this, one of them over in Customer Care where a shout out to moderators to alert IT has gone unanswered. Maybe nobody's at home... I just started another thread over in Customer Care to try to get somebody's attention...

Videos are working for me and have been all week.  I'm using Safari on a MacBook Air.  I'm sorry that others are having problems.

Thank you for the advice! I switched to Firefox and videos are working again!!
