Video's not working plus a whole lot of other stuff

I called CS and was told they were running an update. I am not happy but there is nothing I can do about it and am certain they have lost some sales from their customers. These problems have been going on for quite some time and I think it's time for some heads to roll.

George, sorry but I can't see what was shown during your early morning shows so I won't be ordering until it's fixed. By then my size will probably be sold out.{#emotions_dlg.sad}
