Video issue

I usually watch Qvc on my Apple tablet. This morning I get audio, subtitles but no video. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm thinking about dumping this version and reloading the app.

I haven't had that particular issue with my iPad, but numerous other issues as of late. Most annoying is that I can't read reviews. I don't know what's happened, but it's driving me crazy 😜

I ended up deleting the app I was using them reloading.  Didn't help. Still no video to watch a show, just intermittently. I didn't change anything here and still have audio.
