Recently I have had to deal with Customer Service twice. My issues were resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Yesterday Karen in CS was particularly helpful. I appreciate it, especially at this busy time of year.

Glad to hear it. I've been shopping t QVC for a long time and have always had very good interactions with the customer service team.

It all depends on which CS rep you get when you call or email. In 30-ish years of shopping on Q, I've had some excellent experiences with their CS dept, and I've had some lousy experiences with nasty, non-helpful reps. It's always a gamble. What I've learned is: if you get an unfriendly rep the first time, hang up call back again. Eventually you'll get a rep who'll solve your problem to your satisfaction.

I complelrtly agree with you.I also had a lady named Karen. There are probably several with the name Karen. However, any time I have cotacted CS the reps could not be more helpful.If there is a problem they are not able to take care of it is not there fault They work for the Q. Do not own it. HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all CS employees!!!!!!!They have a difficult job at tis time of year. MANY THANKS

i've been dealing with "qvc" for many years. i honestly can't ever
remember having a negative experience with any of their customer
service reps. they have always been extremely pleasant & eager to help. i always felt they had one of the best c/s depts.
