I just went to my Order Status page to track shipment of a recent purchase. I was surprised to see that, although it showed as being shipped on 3/30/23, it also had a note "Refund Issued". Since it was a clearance blowout I just assumed that maybe they oversold something (even though they said it was shipped), but then noticed that ALL my recent orders (already received) showed "Refund Issued". I sincerely doubt that they decided to reward my being a faithful customer by paying me back for all my purchases, but there does seem to be some type of glitch in the system.
Anybody else notice this?

It pops up on my order page as it is loading, but then it is gone.

My orders have been doing this for a long time, but the refund issued notation then goes away as the order status loads.
No refunds are issued. ![]()

Just checked mine and no issues....however, I have noticed previously that when the page is loading....it says refund issued but then loads fully and that disappears.

not the exact same thing but I had returned 2 items and got a refund for each so all good.
Few weeks later kept getting emails to "Don't delete!" showing my refund of 00.00.
I called customer service to let them know I had already gotten refunds deposited and did not need the repeated emails of a 00 refund.
Had already gotten correct emails weeks before letting me know refund s had been deposited.
So yes there is probably some qlitch in the it system as usual and I told the cust service guy that. He said he would pass the info on.
This was several weeks ago so I guess there is still a problem (as usual).

Yes, I had that happen quite awhile back, also. It will resolve itself and go away...unfortunately with no actual refunds. LOL

@Suzeecat That "refund issued" is usually a message that flashes briefly on my screen then disappears. Did it stay on yours?

Yes, I went back and waited, then refreshed the page, and it still shows all my orders as "Refund Issued".
Thanks for all the feedback and insight - I'll just wait for it to work itself out, and hope that I do indeed receive my item! ![]()

I Always receive a back up email on the return with 00 shown. It isn't a glitch.
In fact, when EZ returns replies via email...it says you will get one.
The return dept has to input the return even though we already go the refund.

Oh ok. So once they have given the refund they send an email showing they gave the refund, then a few weeks later send an email showing the refund of $00?
Is that what you are saying?
I've never seen anything like that from other companies but I'm glad to see it is not another glitch.
Though after I called customer service I did stop receiving them.
