I think JT's photo is kind of old.  I preferred her hair that way.  Whenever she tries to grow it out it just ends up looking like she needs a hair cut.

It's nice to see new photos. 

I think they all look like they are now except for Mary Beth's and Shawn's

which doesn't even look very much like her. Maybe photoshopped a lot, and Mary Beth's too.

Anyway, its nice to see new, mostly real looking ones.

I would rather see people as they look now, myself included, even if it might not be the most flattering. Its fun to see great pictures from the past, but its kind of sad to keep showing them as if they were how we look now. It keeps me from appreciating or trying to find the good points of how I and (we) look now.

Shawn’s picture? I don’t remember her looking like this. Carolyn could use an updated or different photo, not her best one.

But Shawn’s is the one that stood out to me....

Sort of like obituaries in the paper...someone about 90 years old  dies....the pictures in the paper  is from when they were 24.  Does not even look like them......Wishful thinking I guess.....

I'm not real familiar with the newer hosts but all the others look to me like they do now. The only one who looks different is Shawn. She looks very put together.

Nice photos with regular hairstyles, make-up and apparel. Some of the older pictures were simply glammer shots and never really appropriate for a TV shopping channel host. Not many are even wearing false eyelashes! YEA, for them and a tasteful, natural appearance. 

Does anyone think they will shed the messy hairdos, PJ's, or jeans for something professional this year?

A few of the hosts always dress well and behave in a professional manner. They are easy on the eyes and ears; truly a pleasure to watch. And we seldom hear complaints about them on these boards. Hopefully, they are rewarded for their professional selling and appearance on their reviews. I certainly appreciate the time they take in knowing their products, as well as their on-air presentations.

I just assume that person was like me and hadn’t had a decent photo taken since he/she WAS 24! I scrupulously avoid cameras whenever possible, have since I was last photogenic in my teens. Heirs are often unable to come up with recent photos, I would bet. Especially in families who don’t maintain close contact and take lots of photos over the years. The recent photos we do see in obits can be pretty scary, especially side by side with old photos! Old age is no one’s friend; it’s appalling.

I agree about Shawn's photo its about time she updated hers...I think the last one she had was her "Princess Di" hair do.....the new photo is nice....

Carolyn's was updated not too long ago, I like the one she has up now...she had a real old photo before with long hair...

If you click on the new photo it brings you to a very brief bio and shows their old photo....
