Looks like Newgistics is involved in your delays.  Rather common.

As was one of mine.  In five days it  went from Avenel NJ to Bethlehem PA, back to Avenel NJ, on to NY NY, then on to Bridgeport NJ, and finally to NY NY for delivery.

It really puts the "innovations" in USPS Mail Innovations, doesn't it?

I'm in PA...the package got close to me but it took a side trip to St. Paul, MN and now it's in IN!

Remember, Q sends packages at the lowest possible priority that they rely on non-USPS third parties to move them from post office to post office. Those third parties aren't going to make a special trip somewhere because it's not cost effective for them.
