It is possible to post something that isn't praise but also isn't unkind.

Sad...*sigh* If you are earnestly trying to post or reply honestly to a question, unless you are praising the host or being over politically correct, you will get poofed. Plus, the minute you do post it, it literally is labled "unkind, innappropriate,etc" and eliminated. So no one else gets to decide or respond, even though the posts that did get poofed did get some hearts, which meant someone was able to read them.

There was a post today "wow, what is with moderators". Not mine. It got poofed. But there was a reason "challenging the moderator's modification". Um ok. It just reminded of Cartman, the chubby loud kid with the hat from south park. It reminded me of him saying "RESPECT MY AUTHORITY!!!" with his badge, nightstick and on his big wheel to someone.

There's a difference between constructive criticism  and mean-spirited criticism.   If you can't tell the difference, best not to criticize.

Unkind posts being against standards are not new; moderator enforcement has been in effect for at least 6 months or more.

Posters unwilling or unable to differentiate critical from unkind/rude are as old as the hills. And so are their protestations. *That's* DIS...ingenuous.

Surely you know there is a wide range between "unkind" and "praise".  Shoot for something in the middle, and you won't have to worry about poofing.
