@THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes wrote:

Not long ago I received a pair of corduroy trousers in a shipment from Polo.  I didn't order them but they were my size!  It didn't show up on the invoice at all and I wasn't billed.

I contacted customer service and they said just keep them!

Every company keeps an account to handle things such as this.

Same with Wal Mart @THEY CallMe Mr Wilkes .  When I contacted cust serv, they told me to keep or donate the incorrect items.

That's great the cords from Polo were your size!  Smiley Happy

Re: Unbelievable

In accounting I've seen it called "Non Revenue Producing Sales"!

This accounts for the item removed from inventory,  but no accompanying revenue.

With the two companies making changes,  mistakes are going to happen.  It also happens with other big companies and it's annoying when it happens to you, but that is just the reality of on line shopping.  I hope you get your ordered item @Jinpa .

If my dog doesn't like you, neither do I.
