Unable to view Product Videos

Thank you to everyone that informed us they were unable to view product videos. We are sorry for your inconvenience and expect the videos to be visible again by tomorrow, Saturday. Please let us know if you continue to have difficulty viewing them after tomorrow.

I was just on the phone with cs for the second time today....I will be glad to have our videos back.....Thanks for letting us know the status...when no one says anything ....we don't know if its being fixed....or if no one gives a darn....we have been complaining about this for a week or so....Thanks again...

Wonder how many users who cn't see videos are using Windows 8?  I had trouble with flash player updates w/Windows 8.
