A few hours ago my entire shopping cart disappeared. I tried to restore the items but was told with each attempt that the Q was "unable to process my order request." At this point I am unable to add anything at all to my Cart. Am I the only one having this problem?
It seems like every time I turn around there are more website issues to deal with. Why in the world can't a huge company like QVC get some decent IT people & get this situation resolved once and for all?!? Certainly they're losing sales right and left! This is really a bummer. Guess I may as well make dinner. I'd so rather be shopping!
