Just a quick update on this fiasco. Order was placed on July 12. Order shipped July 16. No tracking info or order received on July 28. I called CS and they refunded on July 29. NEVER SHOWED. CS told me they had no idea why. QVC Shipping has GOT to get better/cheaper.
