Exactly, they should at least ask for your 4 digit pin or the last 4 of your payment method.  They don't ask nothing though.  Ocassionally, I have had to call in to place an order so I can verify that this is indeed a fact.

Needless to say though, I guess my scammer wasn't to happy when he found out he wasn't getting his new iPad with genuine Apple pencil!

Thank you for the heads up.  I have begun to be suspicious about most purchases on line these days.  In  fact, I am thinking I may remove my credit card number from my QVC account and just use Pay Pal.

You would think they would have them verify the CC security code on back of VISA & Mastercard and front of Amex cards before placing an expensive order.
