March 16th I placed an order for PTR Retinol.....as of 5/2 it had not shipped....the UPS site said the label was created, but had not received the item.  This morning I checked UPS again and it said the shipment was cancelled.  Does that mean the order was cancelled??  No word from QVC at all regarding this....it just says order in process.  The Q needs to do better.

When you say QVC has not responded, have you called CS directly?

Send an email with your order number and the issue you're having to the social team ...QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com. In my opinion, they're very good at solving order issues and fixing problems. They've always provided me with fast outstanding assistance.

Call QVC customer service.

 

I've had that happen to me a couple of times.  Something happens to the package before it gets to UPS and eventually if they don't receive the item they will cancel it.  It's a problem on QVC's end.

Customer Service shipped out another order and it arrived without incident.  I was only charged for the original order.

I would have simply called cs with the order number and ask for a refund.

I can recall one time that UPS did that to one of my shipments, but it was because the address was cut off a bit, but to the extent that they couldn't read my full address.

I ordered wine for DH during the holidays, and three times the bottles were smashed during UPS pick-up, and they cancelled the delivery to my house.

 

Finally I called QVC and just cancelled the entire order.

 

Definitely talk to QVC CS!

Call CS and have them ship you a new order. You will only be charged for one order. I waited three weeks to have UPS pick up. I concur with other posters to call CS.

I have an order that Order Status says was shipped 11/26/24.  And it still says "Package is in transit to a UPS facility".  

 

UPS never got it. And I didn't either.

 

After I contacted customer service about it, I got the replacement order within a week.

 

It happens sometimes.
