This has caused me a problem when I had to return one of the items but not the other I had to tear off the bottom part with me instructions, but what if I decided to return the other item while still in the time frame?  You have nothing to attach with the return.  Especially an issue when they put two different item numbers in one bag.

You can go to your account online and print another shipping label.   Although if you return them separately you will be charged two return label fees I'm sure.

Re: Two orders in one package

I ordered 4 clothing items on Free Shipping Day, and I noticed today that they were all shipped with the same tracking number.   I'm not complaining because they were free shipping... but if they were regular shipping and all in one package I wouldn't be happy about it.   I definitely think there should be a break in shipping charges for multiple items shipped together.

I wouldn't mind getting multiple items in one shipping carton if you are charged a lesser shipping and handling rate, and not per item rate.

I posted recently that I ordered 2 silver necklaces and they were both inserted into the same jewelry pouch, then the pouch was inserted in one QVC jewelry box.  I have never had happen in the past when ordering mulitple items.

QVC did credit me one charge after I called. I wouldn't have minded both necklaces shipping together asl long as they were packaged separately.  Since I am giving the necklaces for gifts I needed to find my own packaging.

That is just awful for them to do!  Seems like anything goes to save THEM money!

Re: Two orders in one package

I recently got 5 seperate orders in one box. I was charged for shipping on each item. I called customer service and was rudely told “that's how it’s done. IMO Customer Service has changed considerably. I am a customer back to the CVN days and am disappointed in QVC. I guess it couldn't stay a good thing forever. Good for me actually, because I stopped buying except for Kansas City.

Re: Two orders in one package

I don't care how my orders are shipped, be it individually or grouped together, as long as I receive them.  I don't feel deceived because the S&H is clearly advertised as per item.  The only downside for me is I now have fewer plastic shipping bags to reuse for kitty litter box scooping😺.

Re: Two orders in one package

Last week I ordered two D&C knit tops and today they arrived in one package.

I have no problem getting two things in a package, but I should not be paying double shipping and handling if they are going to bundle.  The 2 items were the same item number, different colors.  I have also received two different orders in one bag.  They are saving money doing this, but not giving us a break.
