Trouble with website...still!!

Is anyone else having problems using this (#*$) website??? I am CONSTANTLY having to hit ESC to do anything. Have written several times to CS about this and always get their canned response. If a company cannot keep a website going...why bother to use them? I think it may be time to forget this company and go to others where they really DO have a working website!

NOPE....nothing is wrong with my computer or internet company...this is the only website I have issues with.

FIX IT QVC!!! You have plenty of competition out there and their shipping charges are a lot less too!!
