Trouble Ordering Online

Anyone else having trouble ordering online. I click on an item and the description will show, but product is not pictured. If I click on (for example) one time value it will explain what it is, but it also triggers the picture of the product to show. I clicked on size....nothing...click on color ...nothing. If I click on add to bag I get a message and it tells me to call QVC to order. What gives? Is it just me?
